The rooms are small. The chair in the room is kids size. Horrible lighting in bathroom. The shower heads are different in depending on the room. No microwave in your room.

Overall it wasn’t bad but honestly I expected a little more from a Hyatt property especially in the Bellaire area of Houston. The staff were great. Helpful, friendly, no issues there.
