This property is not what you would expect from Hyatt. It is VERY dated and needs a total update. First, there was no hot water for 36 hours after we arrived. Overall it was a good stay. A little noisy sometimes with foot traffic through the hallway and the above room. And the gym was nice but didn't have anything available to sanitize the equipment.
