"Very welcome as soon as we entered the hotel. Everything was explained and nothing was to much trouble. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent extras in the room . The only downside was the toilet and even though it was obscured glass cubicle it was slightly off putting knowing your silhouette was outlined whilst …….doing your business. Apart from that highly recommended hotel , great stay . "

Our room was stunning, with every comfort, amazing views. The Petersham is a little paradise on Richmond Hill, we will definitely be back. "

"This is a lovely and peaceful hotel - the room was cleaned to a high standard, the food was really tasty, with a good menu and well presented food. I especially enjoyed the sea bass and there was a huge selection for breakfast. The staff are very polite and obliging - nothing is too much trouble. The grounds will look lovely in summer, but even in the winter they are still nice. I really recommend a stay here."
