"Having stayed at Crowne Plazas in other countries, I was pleasantly surprised by this one. I felt a positive vibe. They had a coffee/tea station, water refill, treats, and even popsicles at all times. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff friendly and helpful. Great location with easy access to trams. The pool area/ hot tub very relaxing. Highly recommended!"
