"Someone did poo in the hot tub so it needed to be cleaned. Gross. The front desk didn’t explain any of the amenities or times (pool, etc). The room was satisfactory. I know the hotel is old and it does deserve an update."

"Staff is excellent. Friendly and helpful. Room was perfect place to stay while my husband had Cataract surgeries. Convenient location and clean room!"

"Bathroom fan was very, very noisy. Breakfast was simply carbs no protein at all to eat except cream cheese. No coffee in the room and it was not great in the main eating area. Sheets were stained but seemed clean. Value stay at its finest. "

"Very nice hotel and location. Unfortunately we were given the wrong room - reserved an executive king suite but we're given a standard double queen. Decided not to change rooms as it had been a long trip, had already brought everything in to the room, and we're too exhausted to have to swap rooms. Were told it was a system issue. Also, amenities (tp, tissue) were not replenished so ran out and had to go in to the room. It was a shame because the room was great overall, just the wrong one. "

"Our room was great and very clean. Was a little bummed because we came with toddlers expecting the toddler pool area to be open and it was closed. When we needed new sheets in the middle of the night because one of our kiddos had gotten sick there were no staff to be found and my husband tried calling the hotel but it just kept ringing. He finally ran into someone 30min later walking down the stairs and the guy looked was carrying a bag of chick-fil-a and looked like he’d been sleeping. We got the sheets and the rest of the night was good. Breakfast was like warm but the whole place was clean and the beds were comfty! The staff we encountered during the day were very nice!"
