「Upon check-in staff was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. The hotel appeared clean and well put together. Room/hallway were quiet! The room was nice and clean and had ample space for us as a family with 4 small children. Our bathroom door didn’t lock because the wood trim around the door was already loose. The door would slide too far forward and hit the wood trim out of the way but it didn’t cause us any issues. The beds were comfortable and the streaming services on the TV were a plus...

「Unfortunately due to early checkout at 5/4/2026 4:30 am, unable to stay for breakfast. The clerk did offer it, needed to get to airport. Unable to rate breakfast or parking.」

「I understand that this place was inexpensive , but it was nasty. It smelled bad and we got eaten up by bedbugs. We had to mop the floor ourselves. The bathroom smelled like sewage. We had to ask them to wash the blanket it smelled musty like human must. Worst place I have ever stayed and I was a flight attendant!」

「The location is convenient to restaurants, shopping, hospital. The room was spacious and comfortable. There were lots of choices for breakfast. The staff was pleasant. The only little complaint for me was that there was mold in the shower and the shower spray was weak. 」

「The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different. 」
