「The room was very clean, and the staff was friendly throughout our stay. We did encounter a couple of minor issues. When I tried calling the front desk to ask where the pool was located—since our room didn’t have the usual information binder—no one answered despite multiple attempts. I ended up wandering around in my swimsuit until I finally found it, which was a bit frustrating but also kind of funny in hindsight. The only other issue was the air conditioning. 「No hair dryer. No iron. No facial tissues. Smoke detector was in a drawer in the bedside table, not on the wall. Bottom of shower curtain was dirty. Pillow case was dirty. Toilet made a loud clunking sound everytime you sat on it. Faucet in sink moved around. Toilet paper in the bathroom was very hard to reach. We did not eat the breakfast.」
