「I left this hotel covered in bite marks — I have clear photos. Staff removed the mattress protector on the spot, then later denied everything and blamed the guest. I was forced out in a foreign country with no help and my luggage still inside. Avoid this hotel at all costs. 」

「The accommodation was beautiful and every detail was catered for. The host was so helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was ordered and they delivered it in the morning. The food was delicious The hot tub was brilliant. The location was brilliant as we wanted to walk in the surrounding area」
