"We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to other travelers. From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. Clean room: The room was spotless and very well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh, and the attention to detail really stood out. The bed was comfortable, and the overall environment felt relaxing and clean throughout our stay. Staff: The staff were one of the highlights. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They were quick to respond to any requests and made us feel well taken care of the entire time. Airport shuttle: The airport transfer process was convenient and well-organized, which made arrival and departure stress-free. It’s definitely a big plus, especially after a long flight. Family-friendly: The property felt very welcoming for families. The atmosphere was safe, relaxed, and accommodating, making it a great option for those traveling with children. What we liked: The overall experience was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. The service and cleanliness really made a difference. What could be improved: While the stay was great overall, a few small touches or upgrades could make the experience even better (for example, minor facility updates or additional amenities). "The staff were friendly, but the overall hygiene of the hotel was below standard. The pool looked terrible and the water seemed like it hadn’t been changed for quite some time. Even the pool towels had an unpleasant smell. The carpet in our room also smelled like feet."

"Very disappointed in this hotel. Poorly located. Room was small and the desk was covered in ants, The lighting is terrible in the room. The bathroom was small, and the shower had no door. The floor outside shower was covered in water every time after use. The hotel building is located across the street from the beach. The hotel space on the beach was small and full of debris. Food wasn't really worth the cost. The best thing about this hotel was the spa. Would not recommend."

"The resort is equipped with facilities for toddler as well as young kids. Perfect family setup with humble and friendly staff. Best surprise was the arrival of 3 furry friends (dog) everyday at the kids club. Such a rewarding experience for everyone. And don’t miss the chocolate hour - it’s one for the sweet tooth’s. Highly recommend if kids pool, kids club, dogs and chocolate are on the agenda for relaxation."

"My husband and I enjoyed Vira Bali. It was close to so much in Kuta. The airport pickup service was awesome. The king sized bed was nice and cozy. We had a great message after our flight. Breakfast was delicious and the property was well maintained. We will definitely stay here again!"
