Where do I start! We stayed one night that was only because we got in late! We went for a short walk to find a few supplies, well if you like the smell of rotten fish a beach full of rubbish this is NO RESORT Not to mention staff had clothes with holes in them and dirty! Breakfast wow just wow! I’m glad I’m on a weight loss journey we were just shocked! I attempted to have toast! With scrambled eggs! Wow so my breakfast was black tea!

What a beautiful hotel! With its traditional Balinese architecture, we felt transported. The property sits on the beach and offers an enormous swimming pool. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The service was excellent, and the proximity to the airport makes it an easy first or last stop on any trip to Bali.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sehr gute Lage. Zum Strand geht es über die Uferpromenade zu den kostenlosen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen vom Hotel. Fußläufig erreicht man am Strand die Restaurants. Das Hotel besitzt Charme und Charakter. An einzelnen Stellen sind Reparaturen notwendig. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

The hotel is situated at the beach. Worst breakfast I ever had, ants were creeping at the food. A lot of stains at the towels and bedsheets. Bed was comfertable.

Frühstücken gut,täglich frisches Obst im Angebot Zimmer täglich gereinigt, Handtücher gewechselt, aller 2 Tage frische Kopfkissenbezüge. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr schöner Blick zum Strand. Zimmer müßten nach und nach saniert werden .

The garden and the architecture is a highlight - really offers a sene of serenity. However the management is a bit chaotic: first, in two consecutive days I was supplied with dirty towels - this problem was solved after I made a complaint to the front desk. Second, the internet was unstable and unreliable. One day the internet is down, when I reported this issue, the staff at the front desk told me an IT personnel would sent to me. After about 20 mins when I called the front desk when would expect the IT personnel, the receptionist, he couldn’t help me and Abruptly ended the call without providing any useful information. Then I went to the front desk again queried about the incidents then I found some people lied to me to suit their convenience (for example two different people came to me claiming they are the hotel manager in two different occasions when I visited the front desk, specifically requesting to see the hotel manager). I wrote an Email to the front desk manager, and I never got a reply.

Personnel agréable et souriant. L’hôtel est situé en bord de mer ce qui est top. Il a beaucoup de charme et les espaces verts sont bien entretenus. J’ai ôté des étoiles car l’ensemble de l’hôtel est à rénover entièrement …..et les draps tachés, ça ne passe pas…..
