Were placed in a room right overlooking conflstruction site on top of that the floor we were on - 20 feet away from our room there were dehumidifiers andnfans blowing air 24/7 - apparently our floor had recent major water damage. Bonvoy members are supposed to get free internet, but we still had to pay the full resort fee despite getting free internet. In addition, we never could get a boogie board, which also was supposed to be free
