Would stay again!

Overall a nice stay. The room was of a nice size and sufficiently appointed. Check-in was easy enough of a process. Although it was a private unit within the larger hotel complex, in only a few circumstances would this be noticed. Location wise, I felt as though it was convenient for my needs. Good water pressure, firm bed.

We stayed Dec. 4-14 and enjoyed our comfortable accommodations. Location was excellent, and our 9 nights affordable. Our room was a little dated, but clean, and beds very comfortable. Our room overlooked Ala Moana and the pool and had partial ocean views. You could hear traffic at times, but it didn't bother us much. Small tub/shower, but good pressure. We also appreciated the affordable laundry facility. We would definately stay here again.

Love Hawaii

I highly recommend the property it was a in a great location to shops food and beach. All walking distance. Only thing i didnt like w this Air bnb is they dont offer a parking space w the unit. And u have to pay 41 dollars a day to park. And street parking is limited 2 blocks away. Other than that the room was excellent to stay in. U have all amenities to the hotel. Highly recommend and kid friendly and rooms are very quiet. Also views of ocean and mountains so relaxing on the balcony.... 5 stars...

I would advise patrons to book directly with Aqua Palms and NOT Castle Vacations. I incurred an absurd key service charge of $36 for locking myself out of my room and to have the front desk code me a new key to get back in. This policy does not apply to guests who book through the Aqua Palms. The customer service experience also seemed to be indifferent towards the comfort and convenience of my stay, as the staff told me to take up any issues with the 3rd-party Air B&B vendor who manages the unit I stayed in. I would not book via this vendor again.

Overall the stay was pleasant, but be warn you will probably not receive what you are booking. The online description is very deceiving. We thought we were booking a two bed room but when we arrived it was only one bed an a futon. No where on the description where it said the room only has one bed. When we contacted property management, they informed us there was nothing they can do and that the beds were only a suggestion/request. Our party was very frustrated that we only had one bed to share. If that was the case we would have booked at a different hotel. In addition the room is managed by a third party, making it very inconvenient if any questions arose.

Room 702 We stayed here for 11 days and chose this place because it was a good deal, so expectations were realistic. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. We were given very limited towels, including one with mold. The bathroom fan does not work, and one of the bathroom lights only worked about half the time. In Hawaii’s humidity, this caused moisture problems, and all of our clothes ended up smelling musty. The ceiling air filter is covered in dirt, and the carpet is visibly dirty. There was no can opener in the unit. There is no proper kitchen sink, so dishes have to be washed in the bathroom sink, which drains slowly and smells like old food. We were also charged $46 per night for parking, which adds up quickly and should be more clearly emphasized. On top of that, there was construction going on right next to our room on both sides, which we were not notified about when booking. The unit is functional, but it needs better maintenance, cleaning, and communication. With proper upkeep, this could be a much better place to stay. We did text the owner the remote needed new batteries and we were only given a few small garbage liners and needed more. He brought them by, just knocked once and walked right on in.
