「This hotel is a hidden gem. We had an oceanfront lanai room and it was absolutely fantastic. There's nothing like having breakfast on the lanai and looking across the ocean to the island of Molokai. We really liked the size of the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. Very roomy for the two of us. We also liked being able to bbq one evening on the Weber gas grill. 「员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。」
