It was small but efficient and perfect for us. I slept in the bed and my son was perfectly comfortable on the couch. The property is well-appointed and located walking distance to Waikiki beach and plenty of other attractions, in a clean, safe, comfortable neighborhood, and we absolutely loved it. 「The key fob thatbopens the door failed to work on many occasions locking us out of the building. One evening we had to stay in in fear of not being able to re enter the premises . The beds legs would sometime collapse in the middle. The entire stay was uncomfortable 」

「Went days without toilet paper. I wasn't aware that there was no room service and this was very disappointing considering I could've stayed at almost any nearby hotel with service for a better price. We ran out of toilet paper after a couple days and asked the cleaning staff for more. They said no and were kind of rude about it. I asked the front desk and they told me "text your agent Nicole". I was so confused. I was never introduced to Nicole or told I had an agent....I texted the number and...

「Had beach chairs, paid laundry available, easy check in. They fixed the shower within the hour when the drain clogged (although it clogged again after repair). Could not reach the main number but the emergency number was readily available. Pretty room. Adequate bedding. Great overall stay!! Would recommend. My friends stayed in the Hilton for double or triple the price and I preferred my room ten times over. 」

「It was a cute little room, there were these little bugs everywhere.. not sure what they were but they were all over the shower and bathroom counter, the walls by the bed and the dresser.. the AC unit worked but some of the buttons for temperature and such didn’t work so it was stuck at whatever it was on, along with being able to see mold in the vent and you could smell it when you turned the unit on, we also had to use the stairs multiple times to get to level 25 due to there only being 1...
