I feel this hotel and its staff were amazing abd very foreigner friendly. They werd so welcoming and kind. When we left the concierge was waving very excitedly good bye and we felt they really tried to make their guests happy

Nice hotel lobby, friendly front desk and concierge. Spectacular view from La Vie 188 bar on level 41. The room has a good view of HK harbour. Only down side is that carpet is worn out and dusty and time to replace with laminate floor. Room furniture also due for replacement.

Stayed March 2025 for 4 nights. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We stayed in a club room which includes breakfast on the 41st floor with amazing harbour views, afternoon tea and cocktails in the lounge. Fortress MTR station is 100m away for access to the mainland. We got the airport express and then a taxi on arrival.
