「Stayed a Friday and Saturday night. Good breakfast, cooked to order. Clean and comfortable , would happily stay again」

「The bathroom had mold which had me sneezing. Historic doesn't have to mean unkept. Friendly enough but quality not quite there」

「The room could have been hoovered before we got there but otherwise okay.」

「Stunning property, gorgeous & delightfully helpful owners ( Doug & Kay)& in a beautiful part of the country. Close to good restaurants, historical villages & towns. Just a perfect weekend retreat.」

「Vanessa and Steve were exceptional hosts and the facilities at “The Foxes Den” suited us perfectly. We would recommend a stay there to everyone visiting the area for a peaceful and very comfortable night.」

「Due to a VRBO double booking, this was a last-minute booking @ around 6:30pm. They welcomed us in with open arms and made the stay most enjoyable. Glad we got double-booked!」

「The room was very clean, very comfortable, with quality fittings. Comfortable bed, quality bedlinen, soft towels, helpful host - highly recommended.」

「Staff was very friendly, super quiet hotel with air conditioning. Very clean.」

「The Hot Tub was not in use, even though I paid for it I’m still waiting for a refund」

「A very nice place and facilities」
