「This is a lovely hotel to stay at. The pictures don't really do it justice. Courtney the owner up graded us to a larger room as the room that was allocated via the website was very small. 「We arrived around 5pm and they were ready for us. We were shown to a virtually new room in a block in the hotel grounds. Our bed was extremely comfortable and there was a brand new tv and new furniture. The room was warm and tended to by the hotel staff each day. 「So pleased I found this little gem. Lovely team of people, so cheerful, friendly, hardy, and welcoming, they obviously loved their jobs. 「Comfortable room with excellent tea making supplies - and a good sized mug each! The floor fan was useful as it was very warm. The hotel kindly allowed a later check out with a prompt and polite response to our request. Check in was efficient and simple. The evening meal was superb - great value and the pavlova! Wow!
