"So I stayed here in the shower was either golden hot or cold. I have to move rooms for the second night in the gentlemen refused. There was a serious rattle in the air conditions that kept me up. You hear a lot of highway noise from the room the coffee pot didn’t work. I sleep in the woods. I don’t need much but when you pay to stay somewhere, it’s nice to have the minor amenities working for you. I ended up staying at a different hotel for my second night and lost money."

"Our room was tidy too an extent :wastebasket had trash in it the bathroom floor was not cleaned properly found a gummy bear in the corner of the bathroom floor and hair imbedded In the bath towels and wash clothes (yuck) Bring your own towels!!"

"Easy check in, and friendly staff at the front desk. They have a really great complimentary breakfast, the food was delicious every morning!"

"Room was decent but was not cleaned well at all. We had to move from our first room because of a strange smell to which the front desk person was extremely accommodating. Our second room was better but I kept finding long hairs all over the bathroom. Counters did not look cleaned and sink handle was almost too dirty to touch. Floor was sticky and I wore my shoes the entire time. However, I used the gym in the morning which was actually quite nice - various machines, towels, weights. Sweet staff but cleaning needs improvement. "

"Property smelled like mold and mildew. Also reservations said breakfast was included and they was charging 1499 per person for breakfast instead of it being free."

"When we arrived late at night, their system was down. I had to wait in the lobby with my child in the middle of the night for about 20-30 minutes, after travelling. They eventually put us in a room, but I had to come back to the front desk the next day to get keys and give them my credit card. Also, their pool was closed, and my kid was looking forward to playing in it. The staff was very friendly though!"
