「There was no staff on hand. The room was great, nice and clean . I was not sure how to work the a c but i went into the office and I was able to speak to the manager through the door bird camera set up. Nothing wrong with the air conditioning.I was just doing it incorrectly」

「Lots of false information. Breakfast is not available in the restaurant. Lunch in the restaurant is not always available depends on the day. Bar doesn’t generally open until 4pm. Pool is small and indoor. Hotel is not as “grand” as they describe. Room in typical Holiday Inn. Expensive to stay there.」

「As soon as we got to our floor, the second floor, we were hit with the smell of cigarette smoke despite it being a non-smoking floor (maybe even hotel?). Throughout the night we kept getting whiffs of cigarettes throughout the room. The most concerning part, under the bathroom counter there were glue traps for mice and other bugs and insects which leads me to believe it’s not the cleanest, most maintained hotel. 「The hotel has beach chairs to borrow which we didn’t realize until we were checking out and they also have ice and free coffee. The view from our room was awesome- got to watch the fireworks from the cool of our room since we visited during a heat wave. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would stay again!」

「Typical Jersey Motel the smell, the look, the size. I guess if you compare prices it’s an ok price but definitely not worth the price for that room. 10 minutes from Point Pleasant I guess if you have no other choice.」

「The room was like it hasn’t been updated since the ‘50s. The towels were stained and the soaps (2) were very, very tiny, barely enough for a shower, and no shampoo. The tub and toilet are very old. If my wife and I weren’t so tired when we checked in I would have asked for another room, but I think it wouldn’t have made a difference. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough.」
