もし今後変更が可能でしたら室内照明がリモコンタイプで調光可能事と室内のタンスの香料を微香料のものにしていただけると衣類に匂いが移らなくて良いかと思います。(匂いが強くてタンスは使用できませんでした。)"

"大浴場が利用中止、トイレの便座が死ぬほど冷たい、部屋の灯りがめちゃくちゃ暗い、禁煙ルームのはずなのにタバコ臭い、鹿児島県知事が来る地元の宴会が入っているからと危うく駐車場が無くなるところだった。朝食のご飯は 食べ放題だったが、冷えてたのはなぜ？"
