「Great location/ nice staff/ clean rooms」

「Great hotel in a great location. Was a great hotel to reset in the middle of our Japan trip. Especially appreciated the laundry and rooftop terrace.」

「Our stay at Imperial Hotel Kyoto was excellent from start to finish. The service was outstanding— attentive and professional, with every detail taken care of. Our room was comfortable and immaculate. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the rooftop. It was such a wonderful space to relax, take in the views and enjoy the atmosphere of Kyoto. It was a nice touch to our visit. Overall, Imperial Hotel Kyoto was fantastic. From the beautiful surroundings and excellent service to the...

「Simplemente genial.

1. The bar on the top floor is said to be open in response to the weather, but it doesn't rain and it doesn't open (see if other restaurants nearby are open on the top floor) 2. There is a spider in the slippers in the room. 3. The room type looks like it is for inconvenient...

「Staff was so helpful! Location was perfect!」

「Great way to do Kyoto with your own place, all beautifully presented and leaves you wanting for nothing, especially handy to have your own washer and dryer if you are in the middle of your trip. Easy check in and quiet location」

「Exceptional host and fantastic location.」

「Great」

「The room was clean and tidy, and having a private sauna was amazing—it felt so relaxing to unwind there after walking all day! Parking is quite limited with only two spots available. We had to park at a nearby lot on the first night, but we were able to reserve a space for the remaining two nights, which made things very convenient.」
