I spent my birthday there and arranged a bbq in the villa. The outstanding services from The staff since the check in to my birthday celebration, I feel they deserve to have a shoutout. I appreciated that they provided me a happy celebration. The villa is very clean , the service of the receptionist is very friendly and they followed up all details that I requested. I will be back for my next vacation in Da Nang

Beautifully designed and very relaxing

Remarkably place. Beautifully designed. Very clean, very modern and a great 1.1m pool. It is also situated right on the beach. We loved this place. The restaurant at the front was also amazing and the young man who served us and supplied the room services was super friendly and so were the hotel staff

Best villa and excellent service

After staying at the Hyatt Regency resort for a few days we decided to check into the Five Villas for one night. It was the best decision ever. The villa was well furnished and the customer service was above and beyond. They checked us in at the villa itself. Also breakfast the next day was prepared and served inside the villa without additional charge. Beach access was right there. I wish we could've stayed additional nights.

Excellent stay!

It was an amazing experience and excellent hospitality. My family enjoyed every moment of staying with The Five. The place was so spacious and so clean. It was prepared with everything you need. The staffs treated us like their own relatives and so respectful. Do not skip the breakfast buffet. Best food ever. We had a really good time and definitely come back next time.

Very nice stay

We stayed in a five-bedroom villa with a group of 10, including kids, teens, and adults, for a total of five nights. The villa itself was very nice—well-built, high quality, and equipped with most of what we needed. It’s in a great location, with a beautiful beach just steps away. The personal service via WhatsApp was efficient, friendly, and very helpful. We also enjoyed a few meals at the on-site restaurant—excellent food and attentive service. Overall, it was a great property for our group. That said, there were a few things that felt out of place for a five-star rated facility. For example, charging for instant coffee and tea bags in the villa seemed unusual, especially since many lower-star hotels offer these for free. It’s a minor detail, but still a bit odd. Also, while the villa could accommodate 10 people, it only had four sunbeds outside. We requested more but were told none were available. The villa featured several balconies and a large rooftop terrace, yet none of them were furnished—unlike some of the neighboring villas we noticed, which had outdoor furniture on all their balconies. That felt like a missed opportunity. Daily cleaning was provided, and the pool was checked every day, which was great. However, we were slightly disappointed that the leaves around the pool area weren’t regularly cleaned up. Despite these small issues, we had a lovely stay and would recommend the property. Hopefully, with a few improvements, it can truly live up to its five-star

Beautifully appointed villa, great location and with very friendly staff. It was next door to the Shilla Monogram hotel which we frequented for food and drinks and the staff there were also very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend.

Amazing time - staff and GM went above and beyond to make our stay memorable as we had a few hiccups with our stay our first night. The remaining nights my family and I had the best time. We stayed at The Five Villas & Resort Quang Nam – Da Nang as a family of five during the summer holidays, and it exceeded our expectations. Each bedroom had its own shower room and toilet, and the cleanliness was impeccable throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. Whenever we contacted the front desk, a resort vehicle promptly arrived to take us to the breakfast area. The breakfast selection was varied and fresh, with the tropical fruits being a particular highlight—sweet, juicy, and perfectly ripe. The staff were always cheerful, professional, and eager to help, which made us feel warmly welcomed. The location was also ideal—about a 30-minute drive to both Da Nang city center and the charming old town of Hoi An, allowing us to enjoy the best of both worlds. We would highly recommend this resort to families or groups looking for comfort, attentive service, and a convenient base for exploring the area.

Hi! We had a pleasant stay at The Five Villa and Resort! Absolutely perfect! The villa is spacious, clean and pretty new. The resort area has a private and calm beach. Perfect for a swim and there’s a life guard there too. The staff members are very polite and service minded. We did tip them, each of them as we were so satisfied with our stay! A few dollars a day makes a big difference for them. As a 4/5 star hotel this is a good value compared to other villas in the area. Perfect location as it was between Da Nang city and Hoi An. We miss the staff and villa already!

Wonderful stay at The Five Villas & Resort. The private villa and pool were beautiful, the beachfront location is perfect, and the service was excellent. The barbecue experience at the villa was the best relaxing, delicious, and perfectly arranged. Also, a very special thank you for the surprise birthday cake - such a thoughtful touch that made our celebration even more memorable. Everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return!
