Staff are very busy so expect wait in line to check in, ask a question, get in to breakfast. Also breakfast items were not restocked quickly enough. Staff were so friendly and obliging, really keen to help with storing luggage and resolving a car park query. Made everything so much easier. Room v comfortable and clean, we really enjoyed our stay.

Allurity Hotel
The room discription was a little misleading. I didn't realize a twin room had a queen size bed plus 2 singles which resulted in a very tight room. That was the only downside, everything else was fine.
