EVERYTHING WAS 10's ACROSS THE BOARD!! LOCATION, CUSTOMER SERVICE, CLEAN ROOM AND FREE LAUNDRY SERVICE!! THE ROOM LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE HANNA WAS AN AMAZING HOST, ALWAYS RESPONDS TO TEXT DON'T LOOK ANY FURTHER JUST BOOK THE ROOM!

A little mix up with booking/# of beds. Our family of 5 had to make it work, given it was a holiday and other arrangements could not be made. Staff was very apologetic and tried to help via whatsapp. A 2nd sofa bed was provided for our 2nd night and my husband said it was the most comfortable bed in all our 3 week trip to SE Asia. Room was clean, AC worked great and it is niceley decorated. Location is excellent, in the heart of everything, very walkable to many things we wanted to see.
