格安で寝れれば良いだけなら十分だと思います。

建物は古いですが、掃除はしっかりされてました。 ホテルに入った時、部屋に入った時に匂いがします。 ユニットバスの中に小さな消臭剤が置いてありましたが効果は無さそうてす。今後の改善を期待したいと思います。 また受付の時に入浴剤を１つプレゼントされました。 12月の雨上がりに筑波山に登り冷えた体にはとてもうれしいプレゼントでした。 Wifiも自由に使えます。 国道6号も近いので飲食店は車で10分以内に多数あります。 四階のエレベーター横に電子レンジ、ポットがあり自由に使えます。洗濯機は受付で¥200払えば使えるそうですが乾燥機はありません。車で2-3分のところにコインランドリーがあるのでそこに行っても良いかもしれません。 格安で寝れれば良いなら十分だと思います。

アメニティーがほとんど無くて、ボディーシャンプー、リンスインシャンプー、歯磨き、髭剃り程度で、アフターシェーブローションやクリーム程度は欲しかった。 部屋でお湯も沸かせない！

フロントの対応が最悪でした。 領収書をお願いしたら嫌な顔をされます。 部屋は汚いだけでなく、コンセントが不便です。入口横に１つあるだけなので、机上や洗面にはありません。 シャワートイレもついていないし、布団は湿っぽい。 窓ガラスはヒビが入っています。 フロント曰く「８月に買収されたばかりなので」と流されるだけでなく、奥で他のスタッフがパソコンで動画を見てました。。。 OYOにはちょっと期待していたのですが、非常に残念です。

曜日もあるのかもしれませんが、とてもリーズナブルなお値段で泊まらせて頂きありがたかったです。それにもかかわらず、設備やアメニティもきちんとしており、建物自体は少し古いのですが、清潔感と、気持ちの行き届いている感がとてもあり、またスタッフの方も親切でとても気持ちよく泊まらせていただきました。値段が安すぎて恐縮なくらいでした。
