"Wow! This hotel was wonderful. We had a horrible stay the night before in Cologne and arrived via train quite early so we could visit the Christmas markets. It was raining and we were tired. Upon arrival, we had only intended to drop off our bags but, to our surprise, both of our rooms were ready early so we were able to check in! The rooms were fabulous and had everything you could have wanted. The staff was wonderful. The property was beautiful. Could not more highly recommend staying here."

"Nice and quiet room, big comfy bed and room. Wasn't immediately obvious from the property entrance that the reception area is actually on the first floor, some signage would be useful. Only slight issue was the shower never went above lukewarm, but we were only there one night, arrived late and left early so there was no staff around to inform."
