Nice 2 night stay. Very comfortable, quiet, clean room. Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Breakfast was very convenient on day of departure. Very flexible with our check in/ out times. Had great conversations and local history lessons with Tobias! Location is great just a 15 walk to casino and city center. Will stay here again when visiting Wiesbaden.

The staff at the hotel went beyond the normal service to make us feel comfortable. Our flights came in very early and they allowed for early check in, happy to have us over. The breakfast was wonderful

Great place & service

We had a great stay at Fontana Hotel. They took it upon themselves to provide an early checkin knowing we travelled a long distance to get there and were arriving mid morning. They were very friendly and helpful. Our room/suite was very clean and well supplied. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. we would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend to others.

The Hotel Fontana is my absolute favorite place to stay in Wiesbaden. The owner, management and staff treat every customer with dignity as if they were family. Front desk personnel had inside knowledge of Wiesbaden's events calendar and gave me great tips regarding interesting things to do and see. The breakfast is a full breakfast with hot dishes, continental specialties and fresh fruit. Proximity to the Kurpark, Kurhaus and Stadtmitte is a huge plus.

We stayed here because it's half way between the wine region and the FRA airport. Friendly staff (although English communication was a bit raw) and comfortable room. Basic amenities consider eco-friendly seems to be a big issue in Germany. Breakfast is very basic comparing to other places we stayed during this trip. The biggest drawback is there is no AC, which even in early September is a bit warm by American standards.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Im Hotel kann man die Fenster komplett öffnen und kriegt frische Luft. Sehr angenehm und ruhig. Geräumige Zimmer, bequeme Matratze. Wunderschöne Villen in der Straße. Man kann einen Spaziergang durch den Kurgarten machen um hinzukommen. Wochentags fährt 10 minütig auch ein Bus. Eine Möglichkeit sich Tee/ Kaffee zu machen, fände ich toll. Ich fragte nach einem Wasserkocher, den ich auch bekam.

Es una pena que tengan calificado este hotel como excelente, el hotel no llega ni a dos estrellas, aunque está en muy buena zona, es viejo y sucio; el elevador es como de carga, las alfombras de TODO el hotel están asquerosas, ni qué decir las de las habitaciones, el baño terriblemente pequeño e inseguro. Las camas muy mal, las almohadas parecían rellenas de borra, hacia un calor terrible en la noche y no hay aire acondicionado. La señorita que atendía el buffet, de muy mala gana haciendo las cosas y mientras aún estábamos terminado el desayuno, se sentó en una de las mesas donde apenas se había levantado un huésped y se puso a desayunar, sin ofrecer más café ni nada. Uno de los cristales del salón donde servían el desayuno, estaba completamente roto y solo tenía cinta adhesiva, muy peligroso! Teníamos reservadas dos noches y decidimos irnos después de la primera por lo mal que la pasamos y qué dormimos, cuando le dijimos a la recepcionista y le hicimos los comentarios, nos indicó que ya iban a remodelarlo, como es posible que tengan abierto un lugar así, mejor cierren y remodelen, en vez de ofrecer un lugar tan terrible como ese; podría tener mucho potencial por la zona. Muy mal!!! Pésima experiencia!!!

Bei Anreisezeiten zwischen 22 Uhr und 23 Uhr berechnen wir jedoch eine pauschale Spätanreisegebühr i.H.v.
