「Location, location, location! I was right in the heart of Bariloche and able to walk everywhere. I even enjoyed beautiful sunsets from my balcony. The staff was very friendly and always assisted me with anything I needed. I loved the breakfasts and especially the charming tea room where they were served each morning. I felt very safe and well cared for throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone wanting comfort and a perfect location in Bariloche.」

「Rooms at the back of the hotel can hear the warning alarm go off when the underground parking gate opens. Staff were understanding and moved me to a room at the front of the hotel. I sensed that they were aware of the issue. Rooms were comfortable but i would pay more for a quieter hotel」

「Trate de contactar al hotel porque hubo un accidente en la ruta y nos fue imposible llegar. Nadie nos respondió y al final perdimos la reserva. Creo que deberían mejorar la comunicación. 」

「No tiene elevador y no hay recepcion, te tienes que dirigir a otro hotel para que te hagan el check in y regresar cargando todo porque viajaba con niños que no podia dejar solos」

「Hotel bonito, muy bien ubicado y limpio. Su personal muy amable. Pero el problema se produjo pues en mi habitación la calefacción estaba encendida - a pesar de que no hacía frío-. Por ello hacía muchísimo calor. Hable con el encargado quien me aseguró que la apagaría, lo que nunca ocurrió. Por ello debimos dormir con la ventana abierta. La verdad casi no dormimos del calor. Por esta razón al día siguiente nos fuimos del hotel.」

「第一家噪音很嚴重, 裝修十分粗糙, 第三家床品質差, 谷加大地同區有3家酒店工作人員都弄不清楚我要入住那家, 要我拿著行李走來走去, 早餐只面包連個雞蛋也沒有」
