"The location was good near the city centre could explore the square easily. Visited in night, the lounge was small but there is coffee machine and also with Novotel nearby there is bar to sit. Room was clean and staff friendly checkout and checkin with the terminal was quick"

"We initially had a nice stay here, but ended up with bed bug bites (bites take a day or so to show up, so we had left already). If you’ve never had bed bugs before, reactions vary from person to person, but I ended up in the ER. When we reached out to the hotel letting them know about the bed bugs (room 1), we never got a response. Otherwise, staff was not friendly at check-in, location was great, room was spacious. Shower in bathroom was uncomfortable, towels sparse, bed was lumpy. Beware of this hotel, as they don’t seem to care if their visitors get bed bugs."
