Great stay here. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and eager to help. Location is good to walk to downtown and sites. Only negative is parking. We chose this hotel as it said self parking available but spots are very limited and needs to use a park case that appears close but in reality was not easy to get to if parked in back hotel parking lot to unload luggage. Make sure to get clear directions from Front desk on how to get to parkcade as lots of one ways if you miss turnoff. Good news is walk back to hotel has some bar options like Bernie’s Beer Bar so turned out to not be too bad.

Kamers waren schoon, comfortabel en lekker fris doordat je een raam kan openzetten. Vriendelijke personeel en bij vertrek krijg je een kleine attentie. Slim bedacht. Het ontbijt was top en goed verzorgd. ‘S avonds kan je heerlijk bijkomen bij het open haard en een versnapering bestellen aan de bar. Punt van aandacht. De instap naar de zwembad is vrij hoog. Men moet iets bedenken om mensen in een rolstoel makkelijker te maken.

I very much enjoyed my stay. I would rate 4.5 I could. I ly liked the interior design of the lobby and room. It was cozy and had character. Most important thing to me was there were no bugs! My room had a little shared terrace that was an added bonus. Very happy with the mini fridge in the room. Prices are similar to a convience store so saves you the walk. I was very happy to have a cold drink ready after checking in from a long flight+train. There was water, pop, wine and beer. Unfortunately the only down side to the room was a bit of mold in the bathroom ceiling. The building seems to have a humidity issue overall. There was construction and damage in the lobby that they were fixing which also seemed to be a water issue of sorts. So there was a humid smell in the hallways and elevator. The hotel is located just a little outside of the main tourist area. Only a 5-15 min walk depending what you're looking for. Also found it a comfortable walk with suitcase from the train station. It maybe took 20 minutes and the sidewalks where in good condition. The staff was super friendly. They have some suggestions ready to go with a print out and map. I was able to check in early that day at no extra cost. Also was able to leave my bag for a few hours after check out at no extra cost. Pool has a nice seating area around. Pool was pleasant, just a little small and many guests were making use of it.

Helaas was de airco op de kamer stuk en maakte een raar geluid. Gelukkig kon het raam lekker open en was dat voorons niet de rede om er melding van te maken. Heel goed ontbijt. Lekkere bedden. Komen zeker nog een keertje terug

Il faisait froid dans la chambre et il y avait qu’un petit chauffage d’appoint. Moucherons dans la chambre et dans le couloir au rez de chaussé. Forte Odeur d’égouts dans le couloir pour aller à la Chambre. Matériel ancien et très usagé comme le sèche cheveux. Coffre fort de la chambre hors service et non fonctionnel. Travaux au sol dans le couloir du rez de chaussé. Pas de parking disponible pour toutes les chambres, uniquement sur réservation. Petit déjeuner bien Personnel gentil et accueillant.

Great hotel, the foyer is lovely and the staff were amazing. The only issue we had was that the shower floor was very slippery. We both slipped and were being very careful.

When you arrive tired from a long drive and you have to change three rooms before you go to sleep, that is not a good hotel. Ants in the first room (which was very small, too), bed lamps not working and heating from the electric radiator iffy in the second room. The worst part is that the woman at the reception desk kept saying the whole hotel was full, only to suddenly find an empty room after my insisting. The nice swimming pool is perhaps the only reason to stay here. Grand hotel? Not even remotely so.

Lovely hotel, great location. We had a fabulous, spacious, family room. The breakfast is fantastic, the pool is lovely and the staff are friendly & helpful. Our sink was leaking from what looked like a previous repair. The window blind wouldn’t close all the way & there was an odd damp smell in the corridors. There are reasons I gave a lower grade but I would stay again if we returned to Bruges.

Very friendly staff. Pink armchairs at reception could do with a clean. Other than that room aw clean a bit small we had the Classic. We were offered bath or shower. We opted for shower maybe it was a mistake as it was quite small. Lovely breakfast. And swimming pool was a nice addition to our stay. Would go back or recommend.
