"Kind of like a lodge style of property on lovely grounds. At some times of year I'd wonder if bugs might be an issue, but it was nice when we went. Staff was amazing, very helpful. The picked up our luggage from the train and dropped it back off- first rate service. Breakfast and dinner were great. We enjoyed the tour of the gardens to see the orchids and learn about the birds. "Hotel location is very convenient, 3 min walk to Machu Picchu bus station, 5 min walk to railway station, staff is very nice, dinner food is good, room is clean, however the step down into the shower may have trip concern. Wifi doesn’t work very well at room. Overall we enjoyed the stay in this hotel. "
