"Had a great time but. Rooms wasn't well maintained. It was a smell. Like its been flooded, me and my friends friend had to leave our rooms because it was hot in all 3 rooms , AC wasn't working. My next room my ac was leaking and made the ceiling and paint fall. They didn't come to clean til the next day... the restaurants were not open on days when they were supposed water slide wasn't open. On the days it was supposed to either. The food was ok. You find some to eat to do the job . Over all it. Was nice but differently pay more to go some where else. But. You can get a bang for ur buck there. The pink party was lit ..."

"I had such a great experience staying here! The resort was very clean, well-managed, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff greeted us at the entrance and even took our luggage up to our room, which was a great first impression. The maids were fantastic and did an amazing job keeping everything clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Every staff member we interacted with was welcoming, friendly, and engaging. The restaurants were honestly a 10/10! The food was delicious, and the waiters and cooks were very interactive and made the dining experience even better. You could really tell that the staff cared about making sure everyone was having a good time. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable all-inclusive experience!"

"Excellent property, but unfortunately needs a lo of improvement in customer service in some areas. Most of the staff was very nice and professional, but definitely some others have no people's skills whatsoever. The price paid deserves a perfect experience. I suggest more options or more restaurants open and available all day since it's an all inclusive resort. There's one 24 hrs which is good, but I feel more buffet style should be helpful at least 10am-10pm without closing intervals, as it is now the main one. Very rude not to be able to enter the buffet after 10:30am. Because they close. On vacation you don't follow schedules, it's a time to just enjoy without stress."
