"Everything would have been great if reservations and ETAs were quoted correctly or met with urgency Every single time room service was ordered, it was received 1.5-2x the time quite The staff was late by an hour for booked massages The staff also mentioned we could upgrade our room. We were told not to unpack. We waited and never heard back. Finally contacted and they said Nevermind. The room also had ac issues Good for kids. Not great for adults"

"Beach is unusable with all the seaweed. Transportation from the airport is chaotic with hustlers all over. Splurge and pay extra for a premium transportation service. Bring about $300 cash for tips, you’ll be handing them out left and right. Many of the Excellence club perks are used by everyone including the private beach area and pools. Staff were amazing, spa is great. The private pool suite was my favorite part. Good food at every restaurant. Overall I would highly recommend."

"Very unhappy with the service received at this hotel. I booked a suite with Jacuzzi. We arrived there on a Sunday, found out the jacuzzi was defective and notified the front desk at around 6pm, told them we needed rest and that they could fix it in the morning. They forgot to send someone to take care of the matter, Tuesday morning i reminded them that this had not been taken care of, that if it was no possible to give me a new room. To which they said they were going to take care of on WEDNESDAY morning (already my third day at the place) we left the hotel for a tour and came back at around 7pm. I asked the front desk rep if the matter had been taken care of, to which she replied. “I wouldn’t know, go to your room and check if it has been repaired” what?"

"When I first got there the staff skipped us and started taking other people. The jacuzzi was filthy. The screws from the lock on the door of the balcony kept falling out. The bartenders was wonderful and so was the cleaners."
