"They told me that they didn’t care if i had a confirmation with them they refused to call their management to confirm it (due to the wifi being out but management had access to it ) they told me to either pay them cash or get off their property. This was after traveling from Philadelphia to MS for my daughter’s graduation. She was short and rude every step of the way. The place was rundown and had people smoking and drinking in the parking lot. It was horrible"

"General manager was very helpful and personal. Room was clean except for water in bottom of fridge from freezer section. Small cafe shop was very poorly stocked which made eating in or snacking more difficult for someone who flew in and didn’t have a rental car. Was warned about walking in the area by couple of ride share drivers."

"I loved the courtesy and efficiency of the valet and front desk staff. My family and my dog were made welcome immediately even though we checked in a few minutes early. I have to say the architecture and decor were the most beautiful of the hiltons I have stayed in so far. Each hilton provided the same consistent amenities and snack shop. This one has a restaurant available so we enjoyed the breakfast very much. We were out most of the day so we didnt have the opportunity to try the other meal options during our stay. We will take advantage when we return next year!"

"We've stayed at this property several times in the past when we visit the area. This time we noticed that they were possibly doing some renovations since there were shipping containers in the parking lot. We did notice that the landscaping was very neglected including at the arrival entrance. The bushes were very overgrown. Only one elevator was working at the time of our visit which caused us to use the stairs for much of our visit since we were on the 2nd floor. The shower is nice but the door should be adjusted because the door pushes open into the shower which causes the water to get on the floor and soak the bath math when entering. (if the water is already on) We needed extra towels one day and a member of the housekeeping staff was very attentive and took care of our needs. The hot breakfast was sufficient for our needs. This property is very close to the highway and local gas stations, grocery stores, and a few restaurants."

"Check in was very easy, and the young lady who took care of us was friendly and accommodating. She had three customers in front of me, but made it very fast and no long wait. The room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning and nothing broken in the room. Breakfast was amazing! I can’t remember the young lady’s name, but I think it might be Alicia… She said she had been there for 20 years. I commented to her before I knew her backstory that I was impressed with how well she maintained the breakfast, what a good fresh assortment of foods there were, and how clean and organized the kitchen and breakfast area were! I have been on the road for two weeks and this was my last day, and it was the best one by far!"
