Does OYO not even know who did or did not check into their place? We ended up staying at the Quality Inn in Hazlehurst, MS. We arrived at OYO a little before 3 pm. No one was around. We found the place in a state of complete disrepair. What a hole we thought. I told my wife maybe they're remodeling, and we should see what the rooms looked like. So, we went and put gas in our car and came back about 25 minutes later. Still, nobody was around. Us and other people pounded on the door. After about 15 minutes of that and lastly calling the phone number provided (347-752-4159) and getting no human to talk to on the other end, we gave up and left. Pissed off and tired after already driving 12+ hours, we called other Hotels and found a place to stay the night. It's highly unlikely we'll stay at the OYO again and that brings up the trustworthiness of Expedia. How can you recommend a place like that?
