「The property could definitely do with updating; a lick of paint wouldn't go amiss. However, I would describe the property as quirky. Parking limited but safe. Staff go above and beyond, very friendly and helpful. Food was very good. Overall 4 stars, just needs a bit of TLC.」

「Absolute amazing place to stay and the staff were so so friendly, always smiling, in a good mood and happy to help. The breakfast selection was brilliant from cereal to croissants to eggs benedict royale. Room was extremely clean on 1st inspection and was continued throughout the stay by the maids. Bar was awesome too. Dedicated parking too which was very helpful and not like other properties in area. We will definitely be staying here again 100%」

「I was greeted by staff in the pub in the evening with a warm friendly welcome. The rooms are in a separate annex so no noise can be heard from the pub. You are given a door code on arrival. The room was clean as was the bedding and towels. Quite a spacious double room with desk chair and armchair. The bathroom was clean The shower pressure wasn’t particularly strong but it was ample. 「Nice hotel with an impressive staircase. But our standard room did not have much room when walking around the bed. Bathroom was pleasant and clean and we had a quiet room. However, the sloping floor in our room 134 caused comfort issues on one side of the bed - which is not good for anyone with back/posture issues. Apart from that we liked the hotel. 」

「Dusty room in areas. Rubbish behind bedside cabinet. Couldn’t get to plug easily to charge my phone as it was behind the cabinet and when pulled out there was thick dust and rubbish behind it. No deep clean for a long time. Dirty windows, old cobwebs around it. Pool was not in use so very disappointed as we had stayed there for this reason. 」

「I loved the sitting room which had very interesting historical references. The bedroom was very clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. I took a drink from the Tap bar into the sitting room and relaxed after a busy day. I would definitely stay here again and will pass it on to anyone I know who wants to visit Arundel. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at the Chichester Inn. The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We enjoyed their pub (nice selection of beer and gin), restaurant (good variety on the menu) and outdoor beer garden. The staff and owner were very friendly and helpful too. It was nice to have the town within walking distance of the Inn. We had three in our party and it was difficult to find a room in town that could sleep three. The Chichester accommodated us nicely. We hope to get back...
