I love staying there. So close to everything especially the mall. I can walk to my favorite restaurant and the staff is friendly and attentive. The free breakfast is good as well. Unfortunately my daughter is graduating and I won't have many if any opportunities to stay there. They have served me well for 4 years. I have no complaints.

The staff was extremely friendly and personable. The hotel room was clean, very spacious and modern. The shower has great water pressure and two shower heads. Breakfast in the morning was great. We were happy with everything. We will absolutely stay here again.

I really like that check out time was noon and breakfast was great!!

We’ve stayed here several times while visiting my son at SUNY Brockport. Always greeted with a smile, get a great size and clean room and enjoy the hot breakfast. Highly recommend!!

Friendly staff, nice room and amenities minus heater in pool not working properly, decent breakfast, overall very pleasant experience and we’d come back : )

My stay was very smooth and comfortable.

Wonderful stay, staff was excellent!

The elevator actually worked properly. That is a rarity. Attached restaurant was a great thing due to blizzard weather conditions. Bartender was on point!

Friendly staff, clean room, very quiet, nice variety of food choices for breakfast

Great stay. Lobby and Room were clean and well prepared. Parking lot was full when i arrived, about 9pm, but they share the parking garage across the street with the Play museum. It's just across the street, but i would recommend getting your bags to the room before you park. Good breakfast, nothing more than you would expect, but a lot of seating and options.

Great experience

The room was very spacious and clean. There is a nice fire pit and seating area outside. The breakfast is good for a quick bite.

Everything about our experience was wonderful. The owners were welcoming and sweet. We were upgraded to a beautiful room. The room was stylish, clean, and comfy. The breakfast was outstanding! Fresh brewed coffee, fresh squeezed juice, pastries, salmon toast, and crepes! Overall experience was amazing.

Friendly staff, clean facility and nice breakfast space and options.

My Fiance and I just stayed here for a Post-Birthday/Anniversary/Valentines Day celebration. These guys did a phenomenal job of accommodating us and really going that extra mile to make our adventure even more memorable.

Lovely staff, clean and safe!

The staff was extremely nice, caring and helpful. They wanted to accommodate my son and me as much as possible. I asked if my son can practice his violin since he was playing an audition at Eastman, and they put him in a separate room making sure that he is comfortable in there. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of variety.
