「I liked the area where the hotel is positioned. However, the hotel needs to mark how to get into their parking lot better. One could easily go into the dairy queen, taco bell, or BJ's parking lot instead of the hotel parking lot」

「Very clean with a friendly staff. There is a pool and gym but not much else other than their Bistro. If You’ve stayed at a Courtyard by Marriott before, it’s a typical hotel.」

「The night manager was a huge help, I had accidentally made 2 reservations not knowing my first one proceeded and he was such a help in getting it resolved and making sure I wasn’t charged twice. The hotel was great and in a great area with tons of restaurants and activities in surrounding area. Will be my new go to when in the area. 」

「Great location for a short stay in Rochester. I really like how they’ve updated this motel. It’s very clean and comfortable. The only hiccup was when we arrived and it took a bit to figure out the key locker thing - the linked directions were not super clear and then the key pad didn’t respond at first. We managed to figure it out pretty quickly, so no big deal in the end.」
