「Great location to the beach. Enjoyed the musician that played in the lobby during the evening hours. 」

「Friendly staff informed us at check in about ongoing construction. Lobby is torn up but property is clean and very accessible. Clean and comfortable room. Nice pool. Breakfast was good. Staff very accommodating. Close to beach. With staff having set proper expectations we had a very nice stay. 」

「Look at the past 6+ months of others who have left feedback. They are on par here. I was woke up to the same leaf blower at 6:30 am. The hotel is still in renovation. The room I stayed in appeared to recently redone. The Pros: The bed was quite comfortable and the room, spacious. The Cons: thin walls, could hear plain conversations from adjacent rooms. The toilets are power flushing, but extremely noisey. Someone from the hotel, ownership maybe?, need to go through the renovations. ...

「The property is clearly a recent purchase of a dilapidated residence. The floors, walls and ceilings have significant water damage. The master shower handle was not attached. There was dirt, dust and mold throughout. When reported to the owner, her response was "yeah, we're going to fix that in the off-season." None of the issues were disclosed in the listing or messages prior to checking in. We prepaid a thousand dollars for the stay! We left after less than 12 hours (got in at 9PM, out by 9...
