「It was a nice room, service was very good, employees were great, however I found the air conditioner noisy & was awakened @6 a.m. by a long train whistle. 」

「Very clean, comfortable beds, great breakfast. Coffee was cold when we arrived at 3pm , Bathtub very slippery for seniors, could use another grab bar against the wall!!!! Would suggest having milk and regular cream for coffee, healthier than artificial coffeemate.」

「Its a very nice, clean and spacious room. The counter is friendly too. I made a fool of myslef, when I swipe the door key card and pulled the handle down. It didn't open the door. Went down to the friendly counter, then finds out, instead of pulling dow , you need to pull up the handle to open the door. It is a interesting way of opening door.」

「The hotel was conveniently located right off the interstate. There are several restaurants near by. There is also a Starbucks right down the road if you want some decent coffee. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.」

「We always love the Hampton Inn. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Amenities are always great. Rooms are always clean and fully stocked. Breakfast is always fantastic. If I had to nitpick, I do wish the room smells a little bit better. There’s always a tiny bit of a stale smell, but I’m not sure how that could be remedied. Also, I was disappointed that only one elevator is working this weekend but I know stuff happens.」

「Desk staff friendly, efficient, and helpful. I was very disappointed you service was scheduled for three days after check in, because we stayed four days. Our room had two towels, two wash clothes, roll and half tissue to last until service… three days. I received more towels and clean bed sheets from desk clerk in the evening. I changed bed covers myself after two days. Trash over flowed, I changed trash basket myself. Bought more tissue paper myself. 」

「I liked the fact that the room was spacious and had the kitchen with the dishwasher. I would've expected them to clean the room more thoroughly, it felt like it was done in haste. Also, the mattress wasn't firm but that is just my personal preference.」
