"The Mercure was great, great location, comfy room and very well located. We used it for a stop before the early Caen ferry and it worked really well. It’s an easy Walt to the nearby shops including a very good Carrefore for any last minute shopping or food for the ferry. The staff were warm and friendly and we will definitely make it a regular stay now we’ve been there 😀"

"WE had to leave early to catch a boat, but it looked good. The lady at checkin was wonderul. This facility has no elevator and we had 4 heavy luggage. She switched our room from top floor to a bottom floor suite at no charge. Then wanted to carry bags She was VERY nice. Hotel was very clean and well kept. "
