"Beautiful accommodations. The entire hotel is full of art, music, food, and friendly staff. You can feel the love and care put into this place. The robes are soft, the rooms are clean, the free chocolate chip cookies are delicious, and the river walk is beautiful. Would stay here again 100 times over."

"The employee I booked with was superbly helpful. The receptionist, however, was not. My older teenage kids arrived before me, due to an unforeseen delay, and were mocked by the receptionist, Denise, after inquiring about the reservation before I arrived. I requested 2 key cards from her, upon arrival, and only one of them worked. I went back to have another one activated, after explaining that I needed 2 but only one worked, and then that visit resulted in the deactivation of the one that had worked. I had to visit the front desk multiple times to resolve the issue. They also did not have a single extra blanket available, which I should probably have asked about beforehand, but I’ve never stayed anywhere where there was none available, so didn’t think to do so. "
