"Althought the pool is permanently closed. The rooms were super clean, the breakfast was great and the customer service was awesome. Ill definitely be staying here when I'm working in the area again. "
"The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They went over and above to make sure my needs were met.
I am a tea drinker, preservative-free and gluten-free, so there wasnt anything I could eat at the breakfast buffet. "

"Good location, very clean. Andy at front desk was great. So friendly & helpful. It was later than we wanted, but had a great stay. Enjoyed the room very much! "
"The hotel staff made this stay top notch. The rooms were clean and quiet and it had beautiful views of the lake. It was just a short walking distance to town square for dining and shopping. My only complaint would be that the bartender poured me a very small glass of wine, and for the price, I wouldn't order drinks there again. Seems to also be a complaint from others. This doesn't change my review of this hotel, as I would definitely stay here again (I'll just bring my own wine). I would give this hotel ten stars if I could!"
Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fort Worth Southwest at Cityview
10/10 Excellent
"The location was great for eating late, such as IHOP and other places, and shopping was very close, with options like Target and Costco. It was located right off the Chisholm Trail Tollway, which leads directly to Dickies Arena, the Japanese Garden Area, the Cultural District, and numerous museums. Indoor Swimming pool, easily accessible, with a patio on the 1st level, and a workout room with an outdoor view. It was in a quiet area far enough off the highway to be silent for sleeping late or during the day. The staff were very friendly. Parking is free! (not like downtown $45/night parking) We felt very safe in the area. Enjoy your travels."
"The hotel was a great location for visiting family. The staff was courteous and the hotel was clean and comfortable. We have a wheelchair user and it we had plenty of space."
