「Wonderful stay. Mark was fantastic. Treated us like a member of the family. Even though it’s on the main road it was very quiet. Extremely clean. It’s only an $9 Uber to the Basin Hotel downtown. We stayed in the Renaissance Room. Very spacious. Our only regret was the whole reason I booked was the winery on site, and it was closed, but they do have another one not far away. We will definitely stay here again.」

However, we weren't able to use the pool on either day of our stay because it rained one night and threw off the pool's pH balance. 「This was absolutely one of the worst places I've been to. We checked in and out with a full refund within 1 hour of arriving. Upon checking in it seemed a little run down, but not gross. Once in our room, mind you is a Luxury King Suite with a jetted tub overlooking mountain view. It was a small room, I wouldn't have let my dog in the tub, and it came with a mini fridge filled with cockroach egg sac frozen in the ice, microwave was barely big enough for a frozen dinner, the bed smelled like bath...
