「We love Eureka Springs and we were so excited to stay at the Basin Hotel. Every single staff member we interacted with were unbelievably kind and fun. We even had the surprise of having an upgraded room. Of course this is an old building, but the cleanliness was up to par. We loved grabbing a couple drinks at the bar and hanging out in the game room, it was a blast.
