「I enjoyed my 2-night stay here in one of the cabins. The staff in the office and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The lodge is right off of 62, so it was really convenient to get in and out of, and there's a gas station and convenience store right next door. I ate at the onsite restaurant my first night there and had the pickle pizza, which had house-made pickles. It was sooo good. I highly recommend the lodge and restaurant. 」

「This property was ideal for my family of four. The location was ideal for location. It was far enough from downtown to be away from the loud noises and crowds, but close enough to be able to walk to within five to ten minutes. There was a guaranteed parking space for us in their private parking lot. The couple who ran it were great to my teenage children. They showed off their pet animals. All of my family really enjoyed our stay here. If we ever go back to Eureka Springs, we will...

「The basin hotel was so much fun. Learning about it. History was wonderful too. I participated in the paranormal investigation, which was amazing. Staff was wonderfully kind, helpful and always had a smile on their face.!!!!」
