"Hotel rooms were clean and the entire staff was very helpful"

"Rooms were relatively clean, but our bath shower had moisture and mold at the bottom corners Game / TV / Breakfast Common room was good, but did close nightly at 10:00 pm because rooms are above. No pool or hot tub. Hot tub would be a huge bonus. Hecklers comedy / night club is right across the road. Breakfast was basic and did the job. Endless special coffees were a definite bonus and much appreciated. Would stay there again :)"

"This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to! The cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, the pool and hot hub, central location and the room was superb. We stayed at the superior suit and it felt like it was a home away from home. I forgot we were in a hotel with a fully equipped kitchen and a warm cozy living room. The furniture was in top shape, modem, clean and comfortable. The bed had a beautiful mattress that smelled and looked pristine. I cannot speak highly enough about this place. We are booking again and I’ve never done that with a hotel. What a tremendous vacation!"

"Initially we didn’t have the room ready on time (4pm). The room we eventually got was below our expectations for a Fairmont. But the manager took note of that and replaced it with probably one of the best rooms they had. "

"This was my third time staying here as it has become a desirable, not-so-distant escape for us living on the mainland. We were initially sold on the fireplace in the suites along with the antiquated-but for that time- posh European-style for each room. The price has always been remarkably reasonable considering you are ground zero for walking proximity to the harbour front and all of the shops and restaurants you could want. The place delivered once again. We will be coming back yet again. "
