「Amazing property. Friendly staff. We will be back. Only small criticism I have is that the bathroom lighting above the sink was not adequate in our room.」

「The price for this hotel does not reflect the services provided / lack of knowledge of the current employees. Communication was an issue. Supper was so terrible. Although it was nice to be offered a “to go” breakfast as our flight left very early, it was terrible. Bread was beyond dry, server in the patio lounge seemed like he was brand new as well as the gentleman checking people in. It seemed that they were on day 1 of work there. The room we were in had carpet that was not very clean looking....

「Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast unfortunately, but the menu looked delicious!」

「Check-in staff was very welcoming and the stay included a gift of chocolates and one of their brews. Complimentary parking and easy access to walking trails is a huge plus. Room is located in a heritage house. Our room was on the main floor and sound does travel from hallways and upper floors, but it did not affect our enjoyment. The bed was quite comfortable and room was clean. It would have been nice to have an electrical outlet in the bathroom, or a mirror in the main room near an outlet. A...

「We stayed in a room outside of the house. We did not get to experience the beauty on the inside other than eating a very good breakfast in the front room. Our room was muggy and not very nice. Would we stay here again… probably not. Beautiful home, would have a better experience if we stayed inside the home.」
