「It was a pleasant stay, with a convenient, clean room. Had to use my key card to operate the elevator, didn't know that in advance.」

「The front desk was so nice and the room was clean and perfect for what I needed. The parking lot was extremely well lit if you are getting in late. Will for sure consider staying here again.」

「Check in was a nightmare, the guy who helped me looked like he was un educated. I gave him my passport and he found my name on the tablet. Then when he had to make my room card he couldn't find my assigned room. Then he kept asking is your name John, is your name Suzan ets. I mean we just confirmed my name, and he has my passport open in front of him. Check in was a painful 25 minute process. Then my room looked like someone just took a shower as the bathroom floor was wet, the bed sheets were...

「The room was not like advertised. It was older, not as “fresh” as the pictures. There was no tv for the remote. I was going to call the front desk to let them know but when I picked up the phone, it wasn’t even plugged in to anything. A few of the outlets didn’t work. The sink was slow draining. The front of the fridge was dirty. But the room was mostly clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The lobby was clean. 」

「First, the room smelled of smoke. A few minutes with the air conditioner running wide open took care of that. The shower fliie had something black on it. That and the fact that there 2 mats on the floor. Almost like they were hiding something. Finally, breakfast was ok. Not much variety. The biscuits were actually dinner rolls. No fruit at all. I was sorely disappointed. 」

「房間老舊，地毯髒。我的房間滿是煙味，跟櫃台反應，只派人來噴一噴。沒什麼用，在這裡忍受了兩天，是我這幾年來最差的一次住宿經驗。」
