「The desk staff were not very courteous and very unprofessional. The breakfast was not very good. The person at the desk was not helpful when asking questions about extra napkins and we were told the refrigerator was broken. The creamer for the coffee which needed refrigeration was left out at all times.」

「My nonsmoking room was clean, but it smelled like smoke. Same for the hallways and elevator. In addition, the deadbolt lock on my door was broken. Carpet in room was worn, as well as scratches on the bathroom door. Check in/check out was easy. I will not be staying here again…」

「The guy that helped fix the shower in our room was kind. The room was incredibly quiet. The breakfast didn’t have that much, just the basics. Coffee, juice, cereal & toast. You could make waffles if you wanted to. The comforters looked dated & there are hardly any amenities. The cost was $50 than we booked last year. The woman at check-in was short tempered.」

「Some of the housekeeping staff was marginal, but the room itself and the front desk were great. I put a do not disturb sign on my room when I was in the shower. I told the housekeeper why I had done it, she said she would service my room. Never showed. This happened twice in a nine day stay.」

「The rooms where clean but could use some updating and staff were friendly and helpful during our one night stay. We had no issues with the parking. The breakfast was a bit sparce when I went down around 8am but maybe they were in between filling up things. They had plenty of tea and coffee which was the important thing for me. Overall, it was a nice stay at this hotel.」
