「For the most part everything was good, our room did smell very musty though and it was so humid in the room the carpet was damp. It was very late and we were exhausted so we just went on to bed and I did not get a chance to say anything about it the next morning as they had several things the front desk was trying to take care of.」

「The room was good but the service has been the worst experience of my life. Not to make a long story but Ashley at the front desk is so unprofessional, as is Bailey the manager. I was lied to, I wasted money, and when I escalated the situation, the hotel called me a liar even though I had proof to back up the truth. If you want a relaxing experience at a professional, honest hotel, this is NOT the one.」

「breakfast can be better by offering some protein. the many sugars an starches were not healthy. the furniture needs to be overhauled or cleaned (sofas) . there was never anyone at the desk. parking was very good. the room was clean as could be and workable for the price. the staff was friendly and eager to please. I have stayed in this facility many times, and the price fits my pocket. there were no bugs! I will book it again!」

「They gave away 1 of my 3 rooms. The rooms I booked were to sleep 5, 2 queens & a sofa. I stood at the front counter while Derrika There was no sofa in any of the rooms. I called twice on our 11 hour drive to confirm that we would be there! I have been a Hilton honors member for years & stay with them for the quality & great beds. This Hampton Inn is not to the standards. Beds-not great, clean-not great, staff-not great. VERY dissatisfied!」

「The staff was great. Everybody was so nice and helpful. Let's say that first. The room was just okay for it to be The Courtyard. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom, In the room. That was the second one I was in. The first room the curtains torn, couldn't pull them closed. I've never been to a hotel where I had to pay to park in their parking lot, REALLY. And I've been to this hotel before, and I did not get charged for parking, so i'm still trying to figure out.When did they implement...

「Front desk clerk was very helpful at check in. Rooms were attempted an update which wasn’t bad. Our carpet smelled of mildew and was damp. The bathtub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or maintained in a long while. Pool was green and closed. Location was convenient for the night stay we needed.」
