While this is an older roadside motel, it is cleaner than most places I’ve stayed. The couple who runs it are very friendly and extremely helpful! Great place to stop for the night after a long day’s travel! Water pressure in shower is amazing. I would recommend

For the price it was okay and expectation was tempered accordingly. Noticed behind the room entry door spider webs so they must prop door open when cleaning room without checking behind it. The nice big window was dirty-too bad. No coffee pot, coffee or hand & face towels however a call to front desk and items were brought around promptly.

My family has stayed here 3 times now, and we like the safe, easy to access location, as well as the nice rooms and friendly hosts. Most recently we booked on Expedia, and even though it lists "total with taxes and fees" and says "What you see is what you pay," I was charged an additional $2.50. When I showed the Expedia price, I was told it was a "card charge." This should be included in the Expedia price - how many people really pay for a hotel with cash? Other than that annoyance, the place is nice, and I would recommend it as long as someone knows the price they are expected to pay ahead of time.

WHAT A WONDERFUL FAMILY OWNED LITTLE MOTEL! CHECK IN WAS QUICK AND EASY. WAS GREETED WITH A SMILE AND A FRIENDLY CLERK. ☺️ KING ROOM WAS CLEAN AND NICE SIZE.😁 BRING CHARCOAL AND LIGHTER FLUID TO GRILL OUT USING THE OUTDOOR GRILL AND PICNIC TABLE THERE.🤗 WILL STAY AGAIN IF IN THAT AREA. GOOGLE MAPS GIVES WRONG DIRECTION OFF HWY. COMING FROM THE WEST ON I-70 TURN RIGHT AT OFF RAMP TO GET TO MOTEL. NOT LEFT AS DIRECTED BY GOOGLE.

We arrived late and an attendant was up to cheerfully greet us, the last arrivals. 12 rooms. Quiet. Clean. We would definitely stay there again.

I was on a long drive and needed a place to spend the night between St Louis and Columbia MO. I found Motel 70 to be absolutely perfect. Motel 70 is an older facility right off I-70, but for the value I thought I would give it a try. The Manager was fantastic and made me feel at home. The room was clean, including the bathroom, and had all the necessities I needed. The bedding was much better than I expected and again it was clean. I thought for the value this place was great and I will stay here again.
